The Game Plan

  1. **Make the sauce:** In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, and sriracha. Set aside.

  2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large nonstick skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the frozen dumplings in a single layer (work in batches if needed). Cook undisturbed for 3–4 minutes until the bottoms are golden and crispy.

  3. Flip the dumplings and cook for 2 more minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.

  4. Add the remaining 1 tbsp oil to the same pan. Toss in the frozen stir-fry vegetables and cook for 3–4 minutes until heated through and starting to char slightly. Add the garlic and ginger and stir for 30 seconds.

  5. Pour the sauce over the vegetables. Add the cornstarch slurry and stir until the sauce thickens and coats everything, about 1 minute.

  6. Return the dumplings to the pan and gently toss to coat in the sauce. Cook for 1 more minute to bring everything together.

  7. Serve immediately, garnished with sliced green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Eat straight from the pan or serve over steamed rice.
