Weekly Meal Plans

Three tiers of weekly dinner plans — because "What's for dinner?" shouldn't be the hardest question of your day.

Every plan feeds a family of 4 for a full week of dinners, with most tiers covering breakfasts and lunches too. All ingredients come from one Costco trip. Yes, one.

Budget Tier — $75/week

The "stretch every dollar" plan. Built around the mighty rotisserie chicken, ground beef, eggs, and pantry staples. You'll eat well, and your wallet will thank you.

Tips for All Tiers

  • Shop on Wednesday or Thursday — Costco restocks midweek, and weekends are a contact sport.
  • Buy the big bag of rice once — It'll last through multiple weeks of meal plans.
  • The rotisserie chicken is your secret weapon — At $4.99, it's the best deal in the store. They reportedly sell them at a loss. Take advantage.
  • Check the manager's markdown section — Meat nearing its sell-by date is perfect for cooking that night or freezing immediately.
  • Bring a cooler bag — Especially in summer. That shrimp doesn't want to sit in a hot car for 45 minutes while you debate throw pillows.
