The Game Plan

Add frozen mango chunks, Greek yogurt, milk, honey, and cardamom to a blender.

Blend on high until smooth and frothy, about 60 seconds.

Taste and adjust sweetness -- ripe mangoes may need less honey.

Pour into glasses. If feeling traditional, sprinkle a tiny pinch of cardamom on top.
