BBQ Chicken Pizza

The Game Plan

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.

Shred the rotisserie chicken, discarding skin and bones. Toss the shredded chicken with about half the BBQ sauce in a bowl until evenly coated.

Place the naan pieces on the baking sheet. Brush each one lightly with olive oil, then spread a thin layer of the remaining BBQ sauce over each naan.

Top each naan with the BBQ chicken, a handful of mozzarella, and a few slices of red onion.

Bake for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the naan are golden and crisp.

Top with fresh cilantro and red pepper flakes if you like. Slice and serve hot.
