Chicken Salad Croissants

The Game Plan

Shred the rotisserie chicken into a large bowl. You should get about 3-4 cups of meat.

Add mayo, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, celery, halved grapes, and chopped pecans. Stir until everything is coated.
