No-Bake Granola Bars
"Four ingredients, zero oven time, and they taste better than anything in a wrapper."
The Game Plan

Line a 9x13 baking pan with parchment paper.

In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine peanut butter and honey. Microwave for 30-45 seconds until warm and easily stirrable.

Add vanilla and salt. Stir to combine.

Fold in rolled oats until fully coated. Then fold in chocolate chips.

Press the mixture firmly and evenly into the prepared pan. Use the bottom of a measuring cup to really pack it down -- this is what keeps the bars from crumbling.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.

Lift out using the parchment paper and cut into 16 bars.
