Turkey Provolone Pinwheels
"The deli sells 20 pinwheels for $10 and they vanish at every party. These are dead simple — roll, slice, done. Make them the night before and you're a hero."

The Game Plan
-
Mix cream cheese, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder until smooth.
-
Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture across each tortilla, edge to edge.
-
Layer turkey slices, provolone, and spring mix evenly across each tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border at the top edge.
-
Roll each tortilla tightly from the bottom, keeping it as snug as possible. The cream cheese acts as glue.
-
Wrap each roll tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 1 hour (overnight is best — they firm up and slice cleaner).
-
Unwrap and trim the uneven ends. Slice each roll into 5 pinwheels.
