One-Pot Lasagna
"Meaty, cheesy, saucy lasagna flavor in one pot — no layering, no baking, just Costco ground beef and Rao's doing their thing."
The Game Plan
-
Brown the ground beef in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat, breaking it into crumbles. Drain any excess fat.
-
Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
-
Pour in the marinara sauce and water. Stir in Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
-
Add the broken lasagna noodles, pushing them down into the liquid. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer for 15-18 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender.
-
Drop spoonfuls of ricotta across the top. Sprinkle mozzarella over everything. Cover and cook 3-4 more minutes until the cheese is melted and gooey.
-
Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh basil if you're feeling fancy.
