Honey Garlic Pork

The Game Plan

Place the pork shoulder in the slow cooker fat-side up.

In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, ketchup, and sriracha.

Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.

Carefully remove the pork to a cutting board.

Return the shredded pork to the slow cooker.

In a small cup, mix the cornstarch and cold water into a smooth slurry.

Cook on HIGH with the lid off for 15 more minutes.
